it is due to because you may not have added the data with complete validation that you have provided i have gotten the same error but then i undersand by checking my validation that i have done in backend and secondly maybe you are making some mistake in content-type or these stings check it hope your error will be fix try to check error by console.log(response)

Sir the response discussed in this video 26 connect react with backend , the response of registration in my laptop shows the username, email, phone ane password but in database mongodb only email and password along with I'd and is_admin is display. Sir ap na mern_stack db kasay create kia ha ...may na bi create ki thi but test delete krnay k baad b dubara test create hogeya or mern-stack may store nahi hua kasay fix karain?
i had same issue but my mistake was i wrote "Content-Type": "application-json" in register.jsx where as it should be "Content-Type": "application/json".. this solved my issue
