heres 2 for you if you have sweezy out when you speak to the secritary you can skip the office sim as the "I'm the new boss" option works and you get to boss the office workers about. also if you have gus out during the pipe puzzles he figures it out and you can kill douglas on the last part of the final pipe puzzle (this changes the boss encounter as you can guess)
