26'x29' (8x9m) This Little House is... SO LOVELY | 2 Storey, 2 Bedroom | Small House Design Ideas 

There's an excellent entry and a small office for those who work from home. It could also become a guest bedroom. The kitchen is small, though there is a pantry closet. I like the upstairs suite. If I were to build this house I would make a modest addition to the back that could enlarge the kitchen and make more space for the laundry machines.

This is the first small house I've seen that brought a big smile to my face. Love the entry nitch and the small study. Also the use of vertical space for book shelves. Great space for single person or retired couple. Bravo!

It seems like all of these houses have a "mudroom" look inside the front door... having trouble with that!

Staircase needs a handrail coming down curve otherwise would result in a serious fall.

Needs a fireplace - that wall with the large painting would do nicely. Downsizing to one couch/sofa by the window and a loveseat or couple of chairs across from the fireplace opens up more space. I'd remove the console on the wall under the TV as it clutters up things in my view. Hang the TV above the fireplace or have one that drops down when in use and retracts when turned off. Or turn the smaller bedroom into a den/library and put the TV there. Great kitchen. Love the laundry closet. Would love to see a larger pantry - we can and put away foods. Or maybe just have a basement for that. Very nice bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are nice, but I'd probably turn the smaller one downstairs into a den/library. Upstairs looks great. Overall, very nice and comfortable.

You people are full of crap ! You say 26'x29' then you show a full size interior as your viewers don't know the difference. I was a lead carpenter for many years and I can tell you that NONE of that will even fit in my 30' wide shop.
