Menopause is something women need a lot of support with. Getting rid of the superwoman myth. More understanding and supportive relationships. Social connections. A change in mindset. Thank you Mo . May I suggest to you to think about all your negative feelings and thoughts about aging. You’ve got all the ingredients to feel great at any age.❤ I’m 72 and feel great just loving myself and doing all the best to my body and mind , age disappears. I live near nature and move a lot outside, gardening… My food is simple, mostly vegetables, no sugar, no milk, no alcohol and lots of fun and love , living on my own since my husband passed away last year. My body shows me very well how to exercise with all the ingredients I learned and practiced throughout my life. Slowing down is so great, even in your mind lifetime experiences allow you to use only what’s important and no longer memorize everything. Lot’s of love from France 😊
Thank you Mo for you work! It is so inspiring, helpful in so many ways and REAL. Honestly, I admire your approach to every topic. Thank you also for bringing Lavina to your podcast. Being a woman in her 40ies, constantly trying to make other men and women aware of the need to look at their lifestyle and health NOW in order to prevent disease later. ...She is such a gem! Just like I talk about you and your work in ALL of my seminars, I will talk about her and her concept of "exercise snacking" in the future.!!!!
