I love the podcast and have been a supporter since the Beauty and The Beast days, but I'm close to giving up because I can't hear Joey. With headphones on, I struggle to hear stories and then get a blast when he leans in close to the mic. My ears can't take it. It's not Lee, because the levels for him and the guest are always fine. Even the most amateur guests know how to sit still and speak into the mic. Lee is afraid to tell Joey to speak into the mic, it's got to be frustrating when Joey fidgets like a kid after a couple cans of Mountain Dew and a Snickers. Coño, sit still and speak into the mic. Lee, give Joey a supplemental lapel mic, make a sign to remind him to speak into the mic or whatever it takes, but please do something. Start acting like professionals or you will forever seem like you're doing this from a garage with inferior equipment and zero interest in fixing things that are alienating your core audience. Read the comments, I'm not the only one that is frustrated. I listen to other podcasts, and they figure it out within a few broadcasts. This isn't rocket science guys. Get your shit together. The show is magic, but the inconsistency is killing me.

Lee, I love you guys but it is so frustrating trying to listen to you guys when Joey whispers and you and the guests sound fine. When I work out I turn the volume on max to hear Joey and then when he launches into a rant or you or a guest speak my eardrums get a beating. Please get Joey a headset mic that way it's near his mouth at all times. Joey likes to be professional in what he does, please get him to understand, it is HIS show and often HE can't be heard and it's frustrating. Other than that you're doing great, Lee.
