I have seen multiple videos but everyone is showing single buyer and seller example. Request you to show if there are two buyer and two seller.

Sir ji humne 7 july 2023 ko property ki advance booking karwayi thi. Lekin TDS cut nahi kiya tha. One year se jyada ho gaya hai. TDS humne aaj ki instament se cut kiya hai. Hamare CA kehte hai ki 10k to 100k penalty lag sakta hai. Esliye booking ki date 7 july 2023 se 7th August 2023 karke interest aur late fees ke sath tds deposit kar do....kya ye thik rahega.....please reply.....

If it becomes due then yes otherwise when each instalment becomes due or when payment is made WEE.

Ye late fee and interest ki calculation hame krni hai ya automatically ho jayega I am going to buy a flat, the money will be debited in multiple installments in next 2 years, i want to pay tds in one shot as whole. I have done agreement on 14th dec and second installment also paid in month of December. Do i need to file tds now with late fee and interest or should i pau after third installment i will not liable to pay anything as i will pay within 30 days of third installment

What to do if the primary applicant is the wife who is Non working. While husband who is working is Co-applicant. Who should pay TDS. Can it be paid by Husband only or it should be paid by both husband and wife separately. If to be paid by both of them then should it be equal for both of them or can be unequal also (say 90% for husband and 10% for wife).

If TDS deduction required if NRI sells rural agriculture land which is exempt from capital gain tax? If seller need get nill TDS certificate from IT dept or not to avoid TDS deduction?

Nil TDS deduction certificate is required.

Hello Sir I have paid my 1st installment on 23rd November 2023 and 2nd installment on 25th January 2024. I have yet not paid any TDS. Now can I pay TDS witout penalty. I have read that it is mandatory within 30 days after the end of month in which payment is done , there is penalty of Rs. 200 daily. Please clarify it.

Pay TDS with penalty if penalty is bearable. Otherwise consult tax advisor in order to find out ways.

Sir, As purchaser of resi.flat ,I deducted 1%TDS and paid using my PAN No. & Submitted Form-16B to seller My question is : I also have TAN No.but never used it /Not mentioned even in TDS form 26QB or Form 16 Do I also have to file TDS return also, since deducted 1%TDS and deposited in Income tax dept

No, TAN has no role. No TDS return needs to be filed apart from 26QB.
