Equipment: Lumix S5 II + DJI RS4 gimbal + 28-200, first at 28mm, then around 35mm, then around 50mm, finally returning to around 30mm. At least f7.1 all the time for as deep a DoF as possible so that both the speaker and the subject she showed would be in the focal pane.
(Centered) zone AF with human recognition first; then, full sensor AF with human detection. The latter fortunately didn't mess up when I showed flowers in the center, while there were other flowers around the borders, significantly closer to the camera.
As usual, standard pic profile, -5 (completely disabled) NR, -3 contrast, -1.5 Saturation. Except for the very first clip when I still was in A prio mode and the auto shutter speed conversely dropped to around 1/30s..1/50s when the sky wasn't in the frame, I used manual mode to artificially keep the shutter speed pretty high (IIRC it was 1/125s) for significantly less motion blur (and even proper framegrab-ability). This meant using (auto) ISO of around 640...800.
For two short clips, I used the iPhone 14 PM, handheld, to shoot video instead of the Lumix. (The latter was far away as I didn't want the gimbal to be water damaged, should there be any kind of rain / drizzle.) Hence the significantly worse image quality and no gimbal stabilization between 4:20...6:01 and 6:01...7:22. The audio is also a bit out of sync, particularly at the beginning of these subclips (I synched the separate audio track to the end of the two clips). The reason for this is that the iPhone clips are 30p, while the project was that of the Lumix clips, that is, 29.97p. FCP automatically slows down 30p clips to 29.97p in these cases (so there will be some slight time / speed difference), unlike when we drop a 24p iPhone etc. video on a 29.97p timeline, when it just adds duplicated frames (as is done in NTSC television showing 24p movies - see 3:2 pulldown).
