Hi Dolesh: Hats off for your commitment in traveling by bus for over a day. Buses in the US are used mainly by poor people and students who cannot afford flight tickets all the time. You do have luxury buses plying between Washington D.C. and New York but these would be 4 to 5 times the normal fare. This reminds me of a journey I took way back in the 90s from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to New York City. It cost me $112 and took about 24 hours. There was a total of 3 different buses during that journey. I still remember that trip after many decades.

Dholesh bhai, if you are a truck lover, the pilot truck stop where you got the pizza is the best place. Cars and trucks have separate parking areas with trucks towards the back with their own gas stations (petrol pump). You will love watching those big 18 wheel colorful trucks rolling in and out ❤

as far as the $250 ticket, you might have been caught up in some sort of dynamic pricing. I just checked same route for upcoming month and see $121.00 and by paying $2.99 more, you could select any available seat. Like you could have selected the front seat for making videos.

Bus speed at 113 is normal. They put on auto cruise . Still at this speed, cars are overtaking the bus. Sadak aisi hoti hai, pata hi nahi chalta speed ka. Aapko pata hai agar aap kam speed par chaloage toa challan ho jaata hai.

Dolesh how much was the cost of Flixbus? I was in Germany and have traveled from Heidelberg to Berlin (630 km) multiple times for €10 (around Rs.900) using Flixtrain if booked in advance.. And it takes around 5hrs 30mins 🙂
