Eat healthy, sleep well, study, use rice water, a good serum (niacinamide+vitamin c) , a nice moisturizer(according to your skin type), and drink plenty of water, also don't wash your face multiple times instead do it twice or thrice in rare case (morning+afternoon+evening or night) whatever works.

Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise aids clean impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Stay away from touching your face often because our hands are generally full of germs that can lead to acne when they touch the face. - Weekly, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation. - Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleansing, steaming, scrub, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Clean your brushes and other things you use because they can host germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

Most of the products she showed they literally are facing towards it , how lazy are you not want to Google some little stuff also the names she did hide were prescription based medicines because stupid people like you will see them and then will buy and start applying it and once you get a bad reaction you'll comeback to this video to write a negative comment .
Maam is double cleasing necessary even when u haven't applied makeup on your skin? ..my skin breaks out if i apply makeup on my skin (even if i keep it minimal) ..
