it helps with high kill games because you respawn right after you die. id say it definitely makes you better, but id start with solo duos first to get the hang of fighting outnumbered and knowing when to play aggressively or when to back off
its not easy, I only post my 20 kill+ games but it all depends on the lobby tbh. if I get stacked out im dead it just takes practice. even if im playing with teamates I usually push teams by myself
