Saket is truly an inspirational guy but the way mannu deadlift ohh Bhai sahab ❤️ pure respect to both of you guys ... By the way I am huge fan of saket and I have been watching him since last year, almost 99% videos dekh liye hai saket ke
Got to know about Manu a few weeks ago, This guy is unbelievable his mindset motivated me to get better. Also Saket has played a huge role in my life in becoming the person I'm now I started following Saket almost a year ago I've never had soo much growth before knowing this guy but during this past 1 year I've got soo much better that I can't still believe that I've come so far. Thank you Saket for inspiring me & thousands of others♥️✨
It's great to see you promoting a 50k subscriber guy because he deserves it 👍. Not many on this platform do this. And I'm mannu's fan since he had only 5k subscribers. People might match him on lifts rn but his mindset is insane and he will outlift everyone with time.
To see the look of being amazed after 275 PR on the face of Saket was very satisfying to watch only a true person is happy with someone's growth. Saket I saw your journey to powerlifting prior as well but unfortunately it was due to covid and injury that it couldn't continue I think you should give it a chance. 66kg BW and 235 dead you can reach no limits
The best video for me bcoz u both have inspired me soo muchh.. I started my fitness journey just bcoz of saket and now Im into powerlifting just bcoz of mannuuuu Tysm for this collab ❤️❤️
Trust me when i say this, Saket is very humble. Look at the way Manu is only appreciating about Power lifting & about himself, on the other hand Saket being elder than him but still listening to him so patiently.
Mannu good lifter But saket here made the 90 percent video about mannu gave him all the exposure ,no jealousy no insecurity only love.Saket is gem of a person. His heart is really pure
On the contrary I do think you're really smart for not listening or going on the peer pressure. Many people just give in to what their friends keep pushing on them. I've had bilateral spondylolysis and I deadlifted 200 kgs with straps despite the condition. My body doesn't really support all that anymore and I don't lift that heavy anymore either. I try to go a bit heavy when it feels alright but that is what gives ME the training satisfaction. It doesn't need to be the driving force for everybody. You do you. Never try to force yourself to do something that you don't fully feel like doing for whatever reason. Dealing with injuries isn't everyone's cup of tea and strength sports guarantee you those either big or small the more you keep doing them for years. You just learn to live with them
Saket gokhale is that shrine, jo har Fitness Creator ko visit karna padta hai, before they make it big. Him becoming the face of Indian Fitness & Body building rapidly is the biggest W
I hope this motivates you Saket bhai for more strength focused training. You already got the muscle mass all you need is some CNS conditioning to exert maximum force.
