you should use an air regulator after the solenoid only on the downstroke. So the tilt would be full psi, but the un-tilt will be regulated to the minimum air required to move it

Or use only one double action cylinder to open the back...

Not dumb, a PTO is a power take off, it uses a piston to transfer 2 motors of power from the drive to the conveyor

They have a pto (power turn off) that exchanges power between lift and intake
