@@forgetmyname5166 - yes, in any case of hit and run accident, the law should assume that the hit and run driver was drunk and driving under the influence of liquor that cause him/her to lose his control of his vehicle. Running away from the scene after hitting someone can save the drunk-driver from being charged for driving under the influence of liquor. Even if caught the next day or a few hours later, the liquor might not show up in his/her blood. Thats why drivers who refuse or failed to stop after hitting someone else on the road should by default be charged with an additional charge of drink-driving. Unfortunately our mickey-mouse traffic act is always so stupidly lenient towards drivers caught driving while under influence of liquor. To the law makers, no people dies in the accident means its not serious enough.

award him with 3 more car-cam, one for left view, one for right view and another for rear view, so that he can capture more of such road rage and carry on his good deeds.

Sg roads are safe bcos Sgporeans take initiative actions to prevent wrong doers from escaping unlike other countries. People there just hammer the bugger until speechless n motionless.

@@bady3k When someone is found to be drunk, big size or small body size regardless, that is where opportunity lies. He or she wont be able to lay a finger on others. Alcohol has done its job well.

But who cares ?? our laws are so bloody inefficient that no body really give a damn, just see how many cases of drivers caught driving after drinking. See what kind of kachang-puteh penalties they were given after being convicted in the Courts. Accidents caused by drivers driving after drinking WILL NEVER BE CONTAINED unless our law makers really wake up to review and up the penalties for drivers convicted for drink driving. Similar review should be done to the law relating to domestic helper torturing to give more protection to our domestic helpers.
