One observation. The machine assembly is professional, the video editing is professional, but this music is annoying.

One thing's for certain, the temperature, in Fahrenheit, of these graphics cards are surely going always to be as high as the FPS they'll deliver. And putting all of that horsepower (around $28,000 worth I guess) in that case is like fitting a Ferrari F12 Superfast engine in a Ford Pinto body.

I was expecting an elaborate and efficient water cooling system at the end. Those 3090s are gonna get toasty under load.

Those GPUs are going to go thermonuclear pressed up next to each other. With an arrangement like that, you would HAVE to go with a shared water cooling loop.

The only thing bad about this build is the pc case I mean ur fitting 3 full sized 3090s in there so you’ll need a bigger case and more air flow Love the vid

The Graphics cards used here (Colorful iGame GeForce RTX 3090 KUDAN) are 3 of only 1000 Of them made costs $5000 Dollars each. Absolutely crazy

I feel like that if you got a case 1.5x bigger, and put 3 graphics cards more separated, you could get better airflow. Or even removing the hard drive holders and putting extra pcie extensions sideways.

The GPUs should be water-cooled because on air they'll be overheating (specially the top two). But the worst with time the GPUs fans are going to move closer and closer to the next GPU backplate and start scratching it which means they'll be damaging it selfs.

I was going to buy the Corsair Graphite computer case back in 2015 when it came out. Glad I didn't. Bad airflow, lack of room. I went for the Thermaltake Core V51/V71. Glad I went with it. Nearly 7 years later and it is more than enough airflow. No air restriction like all chassis today have.

You forget to remove the protective fil for the ssd v-nand ram chip for the heat sink cover on top of heat spreader aluminum blocks that keep the ssd cool

Can it run Crysis? Yes it can, but worse than my 6-core 5600X hehe...but yeah, its a pretty big impressive boy indeed, makes a 12900k or 5950x look quite small in many cases

I feel like the only way this will work to daily is having a separate cooling solution to cool off everything in there.. like an external radiator a huge one..

That SLI 4 way setup hurts my soul. You get diminishing returns in performance gains with each card added. The 2nd card added gives you only a 50% performance gain, 3rd card only at 25% and 4th card added only a poultry 12.5% performance increase. A few thousands dollars on your 4th card to only get 12.5% out of it, but it's your money lol

Regardless of what the owner plans to use it for (assuming it wasn't assembled purely for the B-roll), those GPU's will be practically on fire the moment they start doing any real computation. This whole system is just a colossal waste of money, really. Would have to assume that it's not actually going to be used.

Great as a workstation, but pretty bad if its only for gaming , because a 12900k with a single 3090 at around 3000 dollars will be faster than this thing considering most new games dont even use sli/triple sli.

Idk if it’s just me but that rear fan seemed to be spinning pretty slow, those front fans aren’t spinning at all, and those 3090’s are gonna get toasted under load

Real gaming would have 70% of this rig unused.

Threadrippers dont play well with ram over 3200 mhz,i think this memory kit runs at 3600 mhz so consider that

in terms of performance what kind of boost do you get when actually utilizing those PCIe 4.0 slots (for graphics cards), considering data rate of PCIe 4.0 is twice as fast as the previous gen PCIe 3.0? Is this something worthwhile ?

IDK if i would call this a gaming PC, seeing as it has 4x the cores of a high end gaming cpu, and even those don't get fully utilized, and then also, SLI is dead. This thing could make a whole ass Pixar movie though lol.

I feel like I got really close to this without spending nearly as much. For $14k I did a 64 core 3990x with 4x 3080ti’s which are pretty much 3990’s but with only 12GB vram and 256GB of RAM. 1600w power supply. I don’t game much - I actually did two of these builds as render nodes for Redshift and Arnold GPU / Houdini / C4D work…

I’ve noticed when you max out the most powerful and expensive platform it usually totals between 30-35k, almost every time. Now that can go up real fast if you use special professional or server products like insane high capacity cloud storage drives and insane amounts of memory. 2tb of ram is almost 30k on its own. But a hedt platform like this with as many prosumer gpus, ram, and storage as you can fit usually always totals about 30-35k. Though I have to be honest, I would absolutely love to see an insane balls to the wall build with this platform. Completely custom loop with all the most expensive and custom built parts possible, as much ram as possible with heat spreaders and watercooling, as many 8tb gen4 drives as you can fit, gen4 optane, and then those 100tb nimbus ssds to top it all off.

So we got a $30k PC build, with 3 hybrid 3090s, thread ripper and maxed out RAM. Not to say it's not a boujee system but it lacks the custom loop to keep them cool, the prospects that the triple GPU is effective at all in modern games (work station applications excluded) and we didn't get a benchmark. I like your rgb paperweight sir.

What could this run performance wise?
