You can't just purchase one. It's all about safety. But you've got to find a hang gliding training school. Upon completion of training, your instructor or the school would recommend the best glider for your skill set. No, you can't just buy it like anything else. You must be certified to be able to buy one. Check online for training centers around you, though I doubt there's any in India. Good luck!

We are byung this hanggliders from original producer and not building it at home. You need special materials, fabrics, ....
Not odd. Those are beginner pilots and single surfaces are easier to handle, set up and break down for repetitional set up. I used to be happy with my La Mouette Atlas, what a great glider. And switched to Xtralite later.
IMHO, these were some relatively novice flyers, as attested to by their weak take-offs and just as weak landings. All except the last landing a barely controlled crashes. Where is this site, because this can't be an approved or monitored site w/ that level of flying? Been flying since 1977 and have over 1K hours clocked in HGs and a few hundred in paragliders. smh
