I mean they aren’t even really zombies they’re still sorta alive but just enraged and basically just absolutely insane, so maybe he would hesitate before directly killing any of them.

As a batman fan, I sadly don't think batman would survive a zombie apocalypse unless he changes his fighting tactics. When I imagine batman fighting zombies I think of him messing up once and then proceeding to be clawed at the face and then slowly taken over.
