28 Days Later GROUP REACTION & COMMENTARY | FIRST TIME WATCHING!!! 

You guys are the first reactors I've seen to realize that's why the soldiers waited until Frank got infected to come out of the bushes. They had an excuse to take out the big man and leave the 2 women with just a skinny young man, who the major immediately started talking down to in order to make him feel even smaller.

This movie changed the zombie genre by having the zombies capable of running and collaborating and being really fast. This is the movie that put Cillian on the map and now he's an academy award winner.

Glad your watching this classic. There's a second one of these 28 weeks later. Different characters but same universe.

The way I hollered during the church scene commentary at the beginning. The “I know that ain’t fool” and “why he walking like he Lil Kim” had me weak. Also “The swat team came and got him, ain’t it?” & “Not they turned pit crew on us” My favorite zombie movie. It’s so well done. A lot of zombie content after it feels inspired by 28 Days Later. Looking forward to y’all’s 28 Weeks Later reaction. Has one of my favorite horror opening scenes.

LOVED the ending where the dude just starts going on instinct. That and the music (In the House in a Heartbeat) made it one of my top 5 movies for a long time

I watched this in cinema u.k when it first got released as I live there … And it was the late show let me tell you as I walked back to my flat was looking over my shoulder all way back film creeped me out perhaps due to it’s grounded nature all be it a zombie film! Btw great selection films you guys watching this season !🎉

As for the empty streets at the beginning the really filmed it like that. Closed down very busy streets and locations in London early in the morning to film. Shits crazy.

I'm late to the party but I have to say this was such an enjoyable watch. Fun fact: five minutes in you said the scene where Cillian crosses the empty bridge looked like something from a music video (it really does). If you watch the opening of Stormzy's video for Vossi Bop you'll see that someone else agreed!

There’s another “ 28 weeks later “. It’s been awhile since I seen it but I think was decent. If you haven’t already seen it “ world war z” is pretty dope . I love a good zombie movie

Wow I haven't thought about this movie in years. Truly started my love for horror films and is totally the reason why I'm spooked by the sound of silence to this day😳😂

There are various cases that started in the mid or late 70's throughout the 80's 90's early 2000's of animal advocates who used to break into facilities for makeup testing, viral experiments, all sorts of types of tests that had and still to this day need to be tested on animals before human trials are started. People like the folks in the beginning is a real possiblity which is why they went that direction. Also why most corperations have tighter security. Not of fear of being robbed persay, but stuff that isnt supposed to be public knowledge being accessed. Sometimes animals. Sometimes computers of a company with private records, information, about the company or clients. Yeah, it all kinda started from bigger corps that used to provide their own security but couldnt pay em enough and folks like peta and animal activists get more and more active and more successful. So they started outsourcing to actual security companys and coordinating with their cities for police patrols to check in with said security details.

The look of this film is mostly due to it being shot on DV (digital video), with handheld canon camcorders. It gives the film it's grain and look. Also, the shots in London were done on Sunday early in the morning, police shut down or control traffic, and they had like 3 hours to get all the shots they needed.

Oh MAN such a damn good zombie flick. Definitely give 28 Weeks Later a watch too guys. Solid sequel. Also another one that people overlook is George Romero's Diary of the Dead. Not as good as 28 Days but still a fun watch if you get the chance. Also, Happy Halloween mates! Edit: the drink at 14:47 was likely Absinthe, kinda tastes a bit like Jager with a lot more kick behind it. It's good stuff if you can find an import of it.

You have a new subscriber! You guys are funny. I remember this movie came out when i was 9 yrs old. One of my all time favorite horror films even still today. The Rage Virus is crazy. As a little kid i didn't understand the meaning however now i do in my perspective. People think they are zombies but my personal opinion when they are infected, they become extremely angry people, that virus heightens their speed, and they'll destroy anything in their path. Those infected have no control once the virus completely possesses them. Must be sad for them to watch themselves kill their loved ones and friends or anyone else. Smh. I hope nothing like this happens for real cause if so.... BE PREPARED. Anyway hoping to watch more movies with you three. The genuine connections ya'll have with each other is amazing 👏🏽 ❤.
