WOW! I can't wait to tackle those NSV like you! When you said you didn't even know where the plates where n the kitchen, that hit home for me. There are several things I don't know how to do or where they are since we've moved here in Janurary, I haven't done so many of them! I understand how that feels. Awww thnx grim, im so happy to hear that! Remember at the very start of my journey it was YOU who inspired me to finally stop living in fear & shame of my size & body when i ended up posting full body shots here, and then stopped hiding my weight. I cannot thank you enough for that.

You might be surprised how far you can get with your VSG. I have heard of many people who thought they would need a second surgery and end up not needing it. I have also heard of someone saying they might get a second VSG after 12-18 months to reduce their stomach size a second time...not sure how that works. You are doing so well with your VSG that I would not be surprised if you could take it all the way to goal. You've got that momentum going. Keep doing what you are doing. It's working!
You look absolutely fabulous my friend! Im thrilled to hear about all your nsv's & that you are able to do so many more things for your wife now...thats truly wonderful! At the rate your losing, im sure youll be below a 4x by Christmas time. =) I think the charitable work is an awesome idea, for a long time ive wanted to find a way to help others who started in situations similar to ours. Im so happy you finally made an update, keep them coming!
Yeah i started watching a few of her videos this week she really is good, I think they wanted to do the switch or RNY first but for some reason they felt it would be safer to do the sleeve first till i lost so much weight then go for a revision. Thanks for your support i really appreciate it
Hiya G! Your wife is a lucky lady, it's beautiful to see the love you have for her. It sounds like the sleeve has worked wonders for you so why change it? I'm obviously not as smart as your docs but I just wonder why fix something that isn't broken? You look absolutely amazing! Your face has changed so much. NSV's-- it is amazing what we don't even realize we are missing in life ( the little sweet things!) that are happening everyday-- I am so happy that you notice all those sweet things in this life--don't be too hard on yourself friend-- she loves you and the best IS yet to be!!! I promise - it is so true for me!

I love the way you talk. You are really moving your way down those sizes. I hadn't heard that information about possibly needing revision of the sleeve due to being someone of your "size". I guess I don't know enough about it. I only know one person right now with the duodenal switch. pinkfishlily. Check her out. She is wonderful.
