sometimes when you are using vacuum cleaner n touch the ss bin you may feel a static charge but it has nothing to do with the power as both top and bottom units are isolated . A fix for the same will be much appreciated & will definitely need a 3 pin plug instead of 2 pin plug.

Machine is working very well .However I am not able to reach the roof top even after using Extension Pipe. Do you have any suggestion. Overall vacuum cleaner excellent.

Hi sir.. can we use it in 5 or 6 amp socket or do we need 15 amp ?

as it has a 2 pin plug it will work with 5a socket .

How abt the power consumption, do you see increase in your current units after frequent use. If i use 4 weeks per month , in total 2 hours considering 1600 watts how much power it consumes converting into units.

SIR WHEN ITS ON IT WILL CONSUME 1.6 UNITS PER HR but i dont think that's much of a problem as it will not be on so ling as its on n off . i dint notice any change as i dont use it that frequently.

when you vacuum liquids you don't get / feel any current but after using it in dry mode for some time it develops static charge on metal body if you touch it you will feel it once , but it has nothing to do with electric current its completely safe to operate. Regarding service i cant say much as i dint used it but mostly its through service center locally or central service center i don't think onsite service is available. @@ItsMytake I am already your subscriber... 🙂 But they don't have onsite support. Will have to ship the motor to gurgaon at our own charge.... I selected 3 vaccum cleaner... AM 21 litre, Bosch gas 15 Eureka Forbes WD Xpert and karcher wd 20 litre Can you make a detailed video in these 3... Every aspect like suction power, blower power, extraction power for car headliner.. etc.. each and every detail in great depth.. if possible make a video on these 4 vaccum cleaner ..it will be a big hit video and you will be the first one to make it. 🙂

hi ji. When I turn on vacuum cleaner not the blower, I see some pressure releasing through side gap of one of the locks used to hold the top and drum. Do u also experience the same sir?

Sir I dint required it yet so dint try , but the company as of today sales replacement parts on amazon also separately ,so even after end of warranty we can fix our stuff.
