That’s for the local You will be wasting your time and renting an apartment like this or even buying it as sooner or later your time will be up in Dubai. You don’t get to live there indefinitely. The main drawback in Dubai but apart from that everything is fabulous about the vlog

For a vlog you are trying to do, there are parts (2:30) where you could invest a couple of bucks into a windscreen. Uncontrolled, wind noise and mic gain from enviromental sound can render audio useless and there is no way to repair the damage in post-production. Adding a furry softie or zeppelin-style windshield, will lower the wind db significantly and you'll sound more pleasant.

Casual ly asking.do you make an agreement with your client before giving them the availablity.what happens us some time they take all the information from you and go do direct deal with the builders developers.cuttung you from the deal. Once a friend told me he came to know about a client from Bombay wanted a 5 bedroom penthouse.he tried his best and called them about the availability.the pent house was developed by one of the best developers if Bangalore. The client came to Bangalore took inspection of the property also.then left. After few days my friend asked the builders they said they did a direct deal.andbone other agent was following them. But deep in his heart my friend knew they cheated him because the lady who said that she is the daughter big the buyer insisted him to give the builders name.since she was a lady and a owners doughter he thought no harm giving the builders name. There hemade a tactical mistake. At that time his commission must have been 300 thousand indian rupies.no problem he us making good money .in case if you have a client for property in bangalore.send a message. Best of luck.
