A seismic damper device developed for the typical modern Japanese home. I believe they cost about $2,200 each and you need four usually. Tested to M7.0, no damage at all.

@@HDChristchurchaviation Its all good we got our new Terminal 3 and soo our RWY is about to get extended to 500 meters more to be of 3KMS for smooth widebody operations also mew taxiways getting constructed so a lot goin in here and all for good thankfully 🙏

@@bigboy0625 that’s what tends to happen when airlines stick to their schedule and don’t get delayed! Expect some pretty awesome traffic coming in the summer!
