Honestly he fell down when he got nerfed.Before you had to be away from all survivors like 24 meters to undo the debuff now you just instantly remove it or it goes away by itself after 30 seconds. He has nothing you throw your notes and survivors just remove it or they just keep decoding it's gonna wear off anyway.
i havent played this game in a while so this might not be as helpful anymore? but I was an A badge antonio for a bit and my build was always detention/trump card. detention is a must have in the meta on any hunter, confined space is counter-intuitive since windows are the easiest places to hit survivors with antonio's power, and insolence is just not that great. For trump card, i would start with peepers (but blink is also viable) and then trump card into whatever else was useful late game - *usually* teleport for the gates but i also got value out of abnormal and even excitement occassionally. other than that it's really just personal preference, and i can't really remember exactly what i had. have fun with him, he was my favorite hunter when i still played (hence, the A badge) edit: actually i just remembered one part of my build i did find a lot of value in - whichever one it was that let you break palettes faster. normally you should play around palettes using your power, but unlike windows you get hard punished for missing since you can't go through palettes. especially on shack or main building palettes. the faster break was very nice to have in those situations since it lets you catch up faster. this comment has basically become an essay on antonio but i hope it helps😂
I recommend insolence,trump card destructiveness 3/3 and inertia also use peeper at the start and middle of the game and change it to teleport at endgame my recommendation
