God look how out of shape I am! Definitely need to get out again more often. I'm glad the videos on my end came out ok. The audio issues with my Osmo worried me for a second there. It was great meeting Keira and the rest of the crew!

My tummy was queazy just seeing you stand on that platform. There's no way in the world I would jump off of a perfectly good building. I'm petrified of heights. Keira didn't seem fazed one bit. Good job.

It’s weird….I’m watching the video and my legs are tingling but I didn’t get that when I was up there. Me and Dave are both scared of heights so we were both a bit apprehensive. The worst bits for me was walking up the ramp to the helipad and the moment I stood on the edge without the main rope attached.

Both names are used here but primarily "abseiling".

@@The_Cultural_Historian_DrRGST I've just looked and apparently the term abseiling is only used in the UK, Canada and Australia. It's rappelling everywhere else.

I'm surprised you all didn't have to climb on up....though you would have missed the chopper taking off. You guys need a big building where you can use your footwork on the way down.
