Hi Kanella, Thank you for explaining everything so well. I have always wanted to make tile coasters but never quite knew what to do. I have never used resin but today I found a place in West Aussie that sell it so I've bought it. Couldn't find 100mm so had to settle for 97mm. Just dutch poured my first 4 tiles. Yay so happy & I love them. You have got me so motivated. I'm 67 yo and feeling 20 again. Thank you. You are my inspiration and I love your dogs.
You made a "musical" for us! I LOVE these coasters, putting it on my "to try" list. The pups, LOL that brought back a flood of memories. I was a professional pet groomer for 15 yrs.. I listened to that music 12 hrs a day. I miss it. Thank you for everything you share with us. ❤

It's so funny - I am also in Canada (AB) & I have *boxes* of these tiles. My mom painted quite a few years away in her earliest years retired. Eventually, they sat when she could do it no more. Now I've inherited them, and pouring appears my heart has gone...so onward with the tiles 😁 I pulled out my first stack to practice with this weekend. Thank you for the video!
LOL!!!! Just enjoy it!! I raised 4 kids and have had at last count a dozen or so dogs..... One day I came home from work and all the kids were raised and on their own, and we were down to one dog. The house was silent. I cried every day for weeks.
I enjoyed hearing your puppies so no worries. The coasters are gorgeous and I did learn a lot about your technique even though I’ve done coasters before it helped me to anchor that technique in my brain! Thank you for sharing.
Your coasters turned out beautiful!! I didn't mind hearing your doggos in the background. I love dogs and I love to hear them happy and playing :-) Oh my goodness, they made me laugh and they made my heart happy :-) I turned my computer speaker up and my dog started barking and howling with yours! Watched on RU-vid tv. The dogs were so funny!!!! You have a mother's ear to be able to tell which one is making the sounds. Oh, and the tiles were pretty.

There is no need to apologize! They are so funny! I also have one and as she was listening to your dogs in the video I had to turn off the sound because she started barking soullessly too 😂😂😂😂 (it's eleven thirty pm, we live in an apartment, I don't think my neighbors would find as funny as I do!). So, I'll finish watching tomorrow 😂.
Those coasters are beautiful! Excellent tutorial... very detailed! You are just not leaving anything out... from unsupervised dogs, to purple involuntary splashes to wet paint in the resin and mic cables dangling in the way... a little unfortunate but that adds to making it the perfect tutorial ! THANK YOU!

Thanks for the tip Kanella. That makes so much sense to use the heat gun to remove the tape. Idk why I didn't think to do that and yes, my tape did rip. Lol. Now I'll know what to do, so thank you soooo much. ❤
