📌Pong Dam WLS is located in 𝙆𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙖 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙩 in 𝙃𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙝. declared a sanctuary in 1983. 📌Pong dam built across 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙨 𝙍𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧 which originate from Rohtang Pass in HP. 📌Pong Dam WLS is also known as 𝙈𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙥 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙧. 📌Pong Dam is also declared a 𝙍𝙖𝙢𝙨𝙖𝙧 𝙎𝙞𝙩𝙚 in the year 2002. 📌The Pong reservoir has four major islands, which include: Rancer, Karu, Kajal-ka-tapu and Jattaan da kual.
