Asalamu alaykom wa rahmato Allahi wa baraktuh, can I please get a way to view this treatise that the shaykh wrote about the menstruating women reading the Quran, I tried searching online but can only find the one about the turban and raising the hands
because I wanted to see all of the evidence the shaykh brought so I can come to a conclusion on the issue. As for the athar of umar it has a clear issue: that ibrahim an-nakhi' did not hear from Umar as far as I know. That is why shaykh sa'd ash-shitri mentions that in his tahqeeq of the musannaf. Rather it seems that Ibrahim was born after Umar died and Allah knows best. As for the other companions, I wasn't able to find the references in the musannaf. It would be great if the shaykh could provide all of the evidences in a written form. Jazakom Allahu Khayra, I like to see all sides of the argument
Salam wa alikum Shaikh. A. Is Nefaz 40 days regardless of the bleedings? B. If a woman gives birth through surgery, is she required to have ghusul after 40 days?
San Diego California A. If bleeding stops she takes a bath and starts her Salāh etc. 40 days is a maximum not a minimum. B. Nifās is the bleeding that occurs because of childbirth, whether the birth was natural or by Caesarean. So same rulings would apply, if bleeding stops in less than 40 days then she takes a bath and starts Salāh. If it does not then 40 days is the maximum after which she takes a bath and starts Salāh
Salāmu alayk'um. I've a question If I make ghusl for hadath al akbar and in it I start with intention then bismillah then cleaning mouth and nose then cleaning the whole body. Do I need to make wudū separately for salah? Jazak Allāhu Khayran
You need to make all of the wudu parts during the ghusl with the niya of wudu just before beginning the wudu parts. Washing the nose and mouth is not enough for the wudu part. If you did just the nose and mouth and put water on the whole body then you need to make wudu after this ghusl. This is what i understood from earlier durus
