Nice to see you again John. My ‘60 Sprite has missed your wise guidance. Centring jets, rebuilding distributor, over hauling suspension. I’m sure that UM subscribers would be delighted to learn from you again. Greetings from Scotland.
So glad to see you back John - you're looking really healthy ! I look forward to as many interesting videos as you can throw at us! cheers mate from England!
It just shows you that there is almost nothing that can't happen! Great to see a video John. You look great! I think you look a lot healthier than you did three years ago. Hope life is going well for you. Thanks for the video.
What a great surprise indeed ! John we bought and fixed up our very first MGB this past summer and wish I could get a small University Motors logo sticker or badge for that car because you helped me so much ! So glad to wake up and see a RU-vid notification that you were back... Thank you for everything.
Thank God you are back John. I myself have gone through Lymphoma in the last 2 years. It was as bad as it can be and live. I lost interest in almost everything. My wife wanted me to give up my Bug-eye. I could not. There were less than 50k bug-eyes made and I have one. I want to put it back on the road. It has a fuel pump and dynamo problem. I can fix this with your help. So very happy to see you on again. I made the last Carlisle with my son. I thought the worst had happened to you since you were not there. All the best Kim
I was just clearing out some old links to favourite RU-vid sites and I thought I would click on this one just to see if there was any news on you John and University Motors. Last few videos I saw it was not clear things were all OK. I am so pleased that you are back and looking great. Your easy no-nonsense style is a pleasure to watch. I didn't get to buy my mid-life crisis MG as I had planned but instead a Caterham which is a real hoot. Best Regards from England. Hope to see more videos...
John welcome back, met you ate the MG owners club in Cambridgeshire ooh 2 years back, you thought a bunch of us about keeping out MGB's in order. So good to see you back. BTW me and the MG are now in Australia
Hey John, surprised to see you here. You look good. There is a lot of love here, many have missed you......as I. Well, darn John, I don't have those HF carbs you rebuilt for me installed yet but they sure do look great. Hope to have my Sabrina Bumper B running by the Spring of 2020. We plan to drive it to Rusk County Wisconsin/ Ladysmith next May, that is the Lord willing and the Creek don't rise.
Great to see you back John. Hope you will continue to post maitenance tips for MGs, particularily MG Bs, I have A 70 B roadster, ssme as one i bought 47 years ago
Hi John, love your videos... Need some help pls, 1979 V8 MGB carburetor issues. Was hoping that one day, just maybe, you could do the carburetor tuning video again pls? Just hard to see and hear with the 360p video. Only if possible thanks
Reminds me of my dad's 77 Caprice Classic - father in law gave it to him from FL and it had no thermostat installed. Kept overheating. Started to dig into it and discovered the overflow tank had a defect in the molding where there was a web of plastic blocking the tube! Was like this from day one and was driven like that for maybe 7-8 years?
