What a blessing! I listen to it often and love watching them on TV Today I'm sharing with my friends for Easter. Cello has been the love of my life since I was 13, 73 now. Theses guys are the best musicians.

I am a 61 yr old Canadian and I have heard so many dreadful renditions of Leonard Cohen's masterpiece… This was utterly sublime-with no vocals. ♥

This is simply the most exquisite version of this song that I have ever heard. I know no other way to describe it. I'm sitting here in my living room with the only light being provided by my Christmas tree and I can just close my eyes and literally "see" the notes and lyrics in my head (which bobs gently), and wait for the hairs on my arms to be at ease again. Life has thrown me many hurtful curveballs lately, but that melts away for a few minutes, and I'm so privileged for that. I hope there are others out there experiencing the same at the same time. Merry Christmas to all of you out there, even those of different faiths or no faiths at all. But definitely good will toward everyone.

If someone had asked me if I would ever accept a version of this song without lyrics I would have told them, "Never!". This video changed my mind, it captures the soul of the song very well without saying a word.

As a Canadian and hearing so many bad versions of this song this rendition reached right into my soul. This and K.D Lang at the Vancouver Olympics...by far my two favorites.
