Also, Confusion needs to not be negative on hit, and it should make Mewtwo give horizontal momentum like in Smash 4. Shadow Ball's shield damage needs to desperately be buffed.

@@Gnarfledarf I'm all for giving Confusing its momentum from Smash 4, but it's only -1 between 0-14% and scales up as the opponent's percent rises, so I don't think it needs to be changed there.

He got buffed a few months back that made the tail a smaller hit box. It isnt perfect but it isnt as bad as it usually was. Wish me luck my dudes I got a tourney on sat with mewtwo as my main

@@TJ6152 Down throw doesn't true combo against anyone, it's just a setup. If they air dodge, you can punish with a delayed forward air or down air offstage, but if they jump, you can chase them and take advantage of their limited options. Forward throw is a similarly good setup throw at low percents that can lead into forward air or running down tilt depending on the opponent's option. Since Mewtwo also has two reliable kill throws, having a true combo throw on top of that isn't necessary.

@@sazakrom106 Mewtwo wasn't broken in Smash 4 though. I don't even think he was high tier. A lot of the dlc characters were kinda meh in that game. Lucas was meh, Roy was meh, Ryu was pretty alright but people figured him out and cloud and bayo were real good. So only 2 were broken
