I am half Mexican (my mom's side) and I am half Salvadorian (my dad's side) and never heard those alarms before except for the US. I heard that one all of my life.
Actually, the siren goes for over a minute. Those are placed by the local Civil Defense in specific locations, since the country doesn't have such high risk for natural desasters, we're not used to know that they exist. The one from the video is the Macacos's Dam and it was an early warning for evacuation due to risk of dam breakfall. This happened in 2019 - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KbegYu2ZFQQ.html

Oof, you should have rated Antarctica’s one. I see you went in alphabetical order so I assume by looking through the whole vid too, that you didn’t rate Antarctica 🇦🇶. (It’s so loud and terrifying if I heard that at night I think I might just straight up just wanna die lol) 😫😳🤯
38:27: Currently, I don’t hear any information about our country (VN) eas, so that sounds are from emergency vehicles. In the past, while we had war situation, eas sound can hear anywhere when bomb attack happen.
