The very definition of Remote. It's as remote as remote gets. I can say without doubt that I've never travelled Wy 70, not even in a truck. Really enjoyed this one, Kyle.
You might think about taking some high speed unpaved roads which are similar to WY 130 and 70. Two in SE Wyoming are the Sand Lake road from just above Centennial to Elk Mountain and the Fetterman Road from Rock River, WY to Douglas, WY. All very passable in a sedan. Greetings from 7500' in Laramie.
Hi, brings back memories. I camped at a ranch in Slater, Colorado for about a month in the fall of 1979 while doing soil survey work in Wyoming. The fence line of the rancher's lawn was the state line.
I've spent the past couple months going up the Wyoming and exploring everywhere I can, pretty much drove everywhere in the eastern half. I've been anxiously waiting for summer so I can finally take this road. You dropped this video at the perfect time for me lol.
I think you should do more back-country roads like this. Video content of freeways/Interstates is reaching saturation, especially popular stretches. How many more videos of Glenwood Canyon, Virgin River Gorge, or I-110 in South LA do we really need? These rural videos are really relaxing and pleasant to watch, and off the beaten track is always more interesting 😎
I really glad you like the backcountry videos. My name is InterstateKyle but I’ve really grown to like the backcountry roads a lot more in recent years!
This & your previous video proves that not all of Wyoming is either in the Great Plains or is Semi-arid. Very nice scenery indeed. But it also shows that there's lots of lesser traveled roads that go through the Main Divide that are very scenic. God willing, in future journeys in the Rockies, we're see more such videos. & back on the Interstate we go!
