@@goyangdumang1961 It a motor driven mechanical siren that is mounted right in the the center of the grille. They have a switch the driver can press to run it or here we usually have it on a foot pedal.

I think it's to tell people to move over. In the Philippines, there's no such thing as overkill. Fire can spread easily in the Philippines, so getting there fast is essential.

Why do you want then dressed when they are arriving on scene and the fire is already running for 30 and there merely there to assist. Its obvious they are not a professional fire department by other people's eyes but I can see that they are good at what they do for having whatever resources available

Alangan namang magbihis na sila agad, eh kung malayo pa sila dun sa location malamang marami ng bumbero ang nag-aapula dun sa sunog. Assist na lang gagawin nila. Bobo.
