Mercure Hotel - Melbourne CBD | Studio Unit | 6-Month Lease Only [June 2023 to November 2023]
2023 first winter and spring season were spent in this apartment. We moved out because the upper floor was very noisy. We can also hear other tenants fighting, shouting and throwing plates either at night or very early in the morning like 3am. We reported these events to the Hotel Management and our Property Manager but no actions were taken. Our Property Manager was ok but we can't really stand the noise. We need a quiet place to study, work and get enough sleep as our body was still trying to adapt to the different seasons where we are not used to.
