I've had discussions with RC from BigBattery.com.
Contact 1-818-280-3091 ext.1005. He has been very helpful. I am more pleased with the battery.
The website BigBattery.ca "is a third party seller of these batteries and I am still very dissatisfied with the honestly and capability of them. They are also the same company as Solarkitdepot.ca.
