Ofcourse they do,RVA is a capital city within the DMV right?, back in the day the D.C. GoGo Bands always knew RVA was a great spot to get paid!, today the Ol' school crowd keeps it alive,but alot of musicians listen to it,the youth are kinda one dimensional in turns of music which is in most places,stuck on the same old same old!.
