From what I am seeing with Blackpink and their future with YG uncertain (their contract ends later this year), it seems as if YG just treats their groups like disposable. Let's not get started on BabyMonster either. It is not fair to the artists, nor is it fair to the fans. It only benefits shareholders to go out with the old in with the new.

Mara Winter I know Yamaha, they are international. I find it weird they make full songs for a commercial, especially as with ones like 'Shut Up and Be Mine' the product is outdated now, and this song which should be eternal is now pretty pointless.

+Anahi M it was a commercial film for the YAMAHA scooter "Fiore" (it is even written in the title above, the true song title actually is not "Don't Stop the Music", but "Fiore".). whenever they sang it live they would have to change the chorus rhyme, which would make the whole song sound shitty.
It upsets me how so many K-Pop songs become completely irrelevant after only a few years. Most the songs are made for short term profit from short term fans, but sometimes these songs are amazing and really deserve a better audience. This song is one of those rare gems,

you are not a true kpop fan, and you did never understand kpop. kpop was NEVER one "best" goup "ever". instead, kpop has always been ALL GROUPS TOGETHER.
What annoys me the most is that the new kpop generation is focued mainly on views not the talent . Surely not all of them , but a huge majority would be mocking kpop artists because of their low views compared to others.
In this particular video, Bom is the tall gorgeous one with the long black hair. And I say in this video because they tend to change their looks and hair colors from one video to the next.
My KPOP heart will only belong to 2NE1. I can understand why Dara misses the group. They have a solid friendship and I think there was no animosity between the fans.

i am a kpop fan but still stagnant at 2ne1. they have set a high standard for a kpop girlgroup for me, to like a newer generation. so here I am still replaying 2ne1 songs and videos until i can find acceptable girlgroups again.
+Kiyoshi Its because it was used for commercials - that's why it was never performed on any of the shows. (Even in concerts they have to change part of the lyrics, which screws up the song) The same thing happened with their very first song - Lollipop (w/Big Bang). Korea is not the only country that has these regulations - England also did it on the BBC.
