It's 2019 and I'm still watching their mvs and live performance. I miss them so much. 2ne1 is the reason why i'm into k-pop but when they got disbanded i stop listening to korean music except 2ne1 musics.

Amina Amrahova it’s common for groups to get songs that groups before them that disbanded in the same company to get their songs. Also teddy made songs for 2ne1 also when they were beginning.

All the big groups during their era were pretty strong, diverse and unique. Sad to see the kpop music market is now bland, monotone and you can barely tell one group from the other.
The kpop world is slowly becoming old as it is reducing into just that one type of fashion, ie: skinny body,hairstyles being of same blonde or straight hair or curly with different color but not as swag as the hairstyle dara has ever pulled,and also other different styles, being too much fakely girly, and too much short skirts dresses and dresses and acting cute and dancing in that even if they are uncomfortable for attention(me: yikes), I swear guys this too short skirt trend is not always in the west.
No currently k-pop band have better hairstyles than Dara. I'm not a k-pop fan at all but now it seems that all female k-pop band (at least the ones I see on posters in my little sister's room) have the same style of clothes and the same hairstyles, none of them have a member such as Dara, whose hairstyles are hyper cool and not ordinary at all (see I am the best for exemple). 2NE1 are a cool band because it shows four girls very different from other k-pop groups, they're not skinny at all (Bom and CL for example), they have cool clothes and styles (particularly Dara's hair styles) and are not only beautiful dancers

I hope people coming here to appreciate 2NE1 and continue to support each member’s current works instead of staying in the past and shitting on the company, etc. Look at how Bom and Minzy were treated when they left the companies, other agencies are way worse. They wanted to sign them because they thought the members would earn them a lot of profits, and then ignore them when they are no use. CL is doing alright with her comebacks lately, hope she’s gonna get it BIG. Also, Dara is so busy with so many shows, YGEnt power y’all. Yes, YGEnt did make a mistake of putting the artists on hiatus for a long time, but it’s sure that they never mistreated 2NE1 as human beings. tbf with YGE they're the best agency in taking care of their artists. Compared to the other agencies in the Big 3, YGE's the most generous. They give most of the artists' earnings to the artist. New fans don't understand why their idols are on a hiatus for quite a while. It's because they are preparing a quality songs and albums. The concept that they enjoy every comeback doesn't happen overnight. It takes a lot of planning. Plus, being on hiatus for a bit is good for the artist because they are not overworked. With how kpop works, artists have to work double time every comeback, it's so hectic. So i understand why they have to be on hiatus for a bit. 12 years ago, i never saw a fan complaining that their idols are away for quite a bit. We wait patiently, we watched videos if we miss them, drown ourselves with their music. I dunno why these kids nowadays are so demanding of a comeback when they can access the internet easily and can fill the void by watching their idols' videos. smh
Are you seriously defending YG as a company right now? You can appreciate 2NE1 as artists in their own right while collectively hate YG for the way he treated them. YG is a horrible company and I am not even talking about their treatment of 2NE1 alone. I am honestly laughing so hard at the fact that we still have people shipping YG as a company in 2021.

Just because they treat their artists "slightly" better than other companies doesn't mean they aren't neglected to abuse. I really miss K-Pop during 2009-2012. Not that today's groups are bad, but these videos are just so iconic. Of course some of today's K-Pop videos are already legendary (ex. I used legendary to describe Dope as iconic. BTS is huge internationally, and Dope is probably their breakthrough song. EXO was more successful with Growl than Dope was with BTS, but they were both songs everyone knew when they were released.

They were my first GG, with this song I met them. The first time I heard this song I was 13 years old and now I'm in the final year of high school about to graduate, I'm going to miss them too. I never liked girls' groups but they were apart, since I saw their interviews, behind the scenes, 2ne1tv, etc. They always said that they represented women, that we should be strong, that one should accept oneself as she is, always saying That one does not have to have a man to side to be happy and that no matter how society sees you, what is important is how you see yourself. I will never forget the GREAT AND BADASS PERFORMANCES , and how they gave everything by singing, rapping and dancing , Every time they played their songs and they became unique, AND THE GREAT LOVE THAT THEY HAD FOR BLACKJACK. 2NE1 was a group that did not repeat stupid choirs, or that came with the same lyrics on the first love and repeated them in all their songs or comebacks, from Go Away to Ugly ... from Missing You to I Don't Care, all their songs were excellent and CRUSH was one of the best albums I've heard in everything I have in KPOP. It wasn't too long ago that I found out that this song was the first ever kpop song to enter the UK music chart, at number 3 on the Electronic music chart and at number 153 on the main UK iTunes chart. Not to mention it was the first kpop song to ever be played on British radio, it was played by BBC Radio 1 on a show where listeners could review the music played, BBC R1 is one of the UK's biggest national radio stations. Park Bom is really capable of being the Lead Dancer , but she served as the main vocalist and it's her only position that's why she's not really serious when dancing but she can follow the choreo very well , i watched their pre debut dancing "Let Me In by Rihanna" her dancing skills and energy is really great what if she's really dedicated during 2NE1 days that would be possible she said that before having interest in singing she always joining at Dance Contest and winning. (2NE1TV SEASON1) i forgot which episode is it. she's more focused being a singer so being dancer doesn't matter anymore.
