Something misleading here: 1. They are not K-pop group 2. They are pop group 3. It could be I-pop(Indonesia), M-pop(Malaysia), P-pop(Philipine) etc. 4. Some country already have pop group since 90s. 5. K-pop is not the only pop group in this world. 6. For western we have Little Mix and Spice Girls. 7. Do some research before shooting 8. Dont be too closed-minded Lastly, take this as a lesson and don't repeat the same mistakes😘
By the way if I'm not wrong, most of the members of DOLLA actually listen to Spanish and Western English songs more than K-pop and majority of their choregraphies are by Ezra Tham, a Malaysian choreographer.

Sorry, maybe if you want to make a comparison like this, I suggest choosing a group with the same music genre. In this video you compare 2 different music in my opinion. Dolla has a strong basic music and is girl crush. However, Starbe has music that is more feminine. I suggest looking at the GLAS group if you want to assess the differences

Just to clarify, they are not K-Pop...Dolla is M-Pop group & Starbe is I-Pop group...Pop group history in Malaysia is the same as K-Pop history..both exist in the early 90's...
In terms of style, dance, song, vocal, and each team member's identity, I prefer DOLLA more! Love from Malaysia~ and kudos to Starbe. Hope both of them flying high globally~

bruhh the choreo bruh..it attracts people...as a national malaysian dancer...im quite shock and attracted to their last choreo..even it is not sync..jangan dengki bruhh..both sides has their bright side...just because you're malaysian and supporting dolla, doesn't mean you can downgrade the other group.

Great that you gladly react to foreign music but introducing them as Kpop is slightly incorrect. Dolla is inspired by Kpop but has their own identity and sound which is quite different from Kpop if you closely observe. Another issue is, I notice you kept saying things like "The music is good and i forget that we're not listening to Korean group" or "I thought the backup dancers were Koreans because of how good they are". I know you mean well but it doesn't sound right. It's as if you're saying that you have no expectations and those artists wouldn't be great just because they're not Koreans. I hope you can fix your way of speech or the idea of compliments.
3:45 Yess I've been saying since forever that Sabronzo is western market material (Latin America included) and I'm glad you brought it up. More western reactors find her appealing while K-pop fans (Malaysian fans included) who prefer Korean looks say she's the least pretty among them.
