ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-av2vgiYAlXY.html This is what Dre used to make that portion of this classic, another timeless classic from 1979 featuring a younger George Clinton.
You do know A lot of us listen to music like this right? I'm born in 03 and Ik more music from before I was born then Ik from today's music, nun of us think rap originated in the 2000s, y'all genuinely think we're retarded lol
this is when death row was firing on all cylinders. dre was throwing together these insane beats & melodies, with pac delivering energized, well-written lyrics over them. the album 'all eyez on me' is a masterpiece of rap & a perfect example of hip-hop in its prime. rap peaked in the 90s.
@@squirrelmcsquee6175 ITs a dre beat and dre prodution. Credited do Dre. He even says in the lyrics "you made a mistake you should never put my rhymes with dre.."
Tupacs first verse is up there with best of all time...dude sounds like he was shot out of a cannon on fire...you can hear the vengeance in his voice...
To be fair, Johnny J was the best with Pac, but you could also add Tupac to just about anything and have an instant hit. He was just dat nigga, and always will be.
You wouldn't of thought, dre used this beat twice... Snoops what's my name was 1st... Once u hear it, you can't unhear it 🔥🔥🔥 Rather this tho... So much energy 💯
Except, you can't just add Elvis to anything else and have a hit. Maybe you can do that with MJ, but you can always do that with Pac. That's a real difference. Elvis was huge when there were like eight things to choose from. Tupac been gone almost thirty years, and a lot of us still choose him daily over the millions of options now available. That's a big difference too. Lastly, the Machine supported Elvis's career and still does. But it tried desperately to suppress Tupac, right up to having him murdered, and they still can't silence him. Never will. That's a huge difference.
I don’t like rap / hip hope (I don’t know the difference) and I don’t understand half of what is being said here, but this is the only song from that genre that I like. I love the rhyme, the cadence, and more than anything I love how this man seems to come up with a freaking machine gun in his mouth. lol. It’s incredible. Think the first few lines from this song are way above anything else I have heard. Humble opinion
Extremely well said. As a person who loves everything from Hip Hop to Tchaikovsky, I can tell you must have excellent musical taste, if the one hip hop track you like is a Tupac song. Tupac is, in my opinion, the next most important, impactful, and skilled rhymer and rhetorician after Shakespeare (who I suspect was actually Francis Bacon, the principle founder of the modern scientific method). I'm not being facetious or engaging in hyperbole. I mean it. You'd be enriched in life to do a thorough study of Tupac's life, and his words, both in speech and in song. Tupac lived 26 years and recorded more than 950 tracks, most of which he wrote himself. Sinatra lived to 82 and recorded 1200 tracks, most of which were written by other people. He was going to restart the Black Panthers in a big way, with the support of gang leaders all over the country. They tried to use him to create and fuel the East-West divide and conquer strategy, but he would have united all factions and turn us-vs- each other into us-vs-them. That's why he was killed, no matter what that lying detective says.
PAC the character is gone right before ur eyes but which way did he go he never left he's telling u put the truth in your face it's harder to than hiding it
Man, I'm so sick of people saying, "Em with legendary rappers would be one of the best things." Just because people are legendary, don't mean it'll be a legendary collab or track. Besides, Em would've never made it had EVERYBODY lived.
At the request of Suge Knight, this song which was first allocated for Dr. Dre & Ice Cube's album Helter Skelter which never got released was ordered for 2Pac. Some rumors suggest that vocals were even haphazardly erased as well
@@stephaniechavez7436 I said it already but once again, this song was at first for Dr. Dre & Ice Cube's album Helter Sketler. That album never got released and ended up going to 2Pac when Suge Knight ordered it for him and It's said that vocals that were originally on the track got erased much to Dr. Dre's disappointment
