As much respect as I have for Afeni. She was in the wrong for what she did in regards to Billy garland and Tupac. Billy Garland has six children total and was a father to all of his kids. He was very young when Afeni and him had 2Pac, and after the desolation of the black panther party, all members split and went their own ways Billy had already had another woman who he had children with and Afeni was already with Mutulu. They moved on. You have to remember back in those days. There was no social media cell phones couldn’t do what they can do now the Internet wasn’t around until the 90s. It was much harder to find a person back in those days he looked for 2Pac for over 15 years until he saw him on a movie poster for juice Billy Garland tried many times to get a hold of 2Pac, but to no avail kept getting the runaround. Basically it was Afeni telling the publishers to tell Billy that Tupac wasn’t ready, which was a down right lie .That’s why he did not meet 2Pac until he was shot the first time in 94. Afeni low key probably felt threatened that Billy was there to try and benefit off 2Pacs success which, after watching the all too few interviews with him I do not think that is the case😂 both Billy and Afeni had their own struggles with drug addiction, and getting their lives back together. Tupac thought a whole other man was his dad until he went to prison where his dad was able to finally get a hold of him because everyone knew where he was.
