All these younger kats trying to react to this song, just can't cut it... this song should give you goosebumps.. thanks for the heart you put into your reactions...
The answer is no one... No one makes music like this, rap/hip hop for the most part now is just over produced records where your image, style and video is the primary focus but the actual music once the 2-3 week buzz of the new song is gone feels soulless. I don't remember the last time I played a song after its stopped being the new IT song, back in in the day you would listen to a album for months and the big tracks would live on for ever. Now they have a expiry date of about a few weeks.
This never gets old. He was a once in a lifetime artist - from this to when we ride with our enemies to toss it up and hit me up. His range and command of the language to tell stories will never be matched.... and he was HOT
There are so many songs by 2pac that are just fire. I find it impossible to exactly say one is the absolute best! They all hit a certain spot. Just like working out hit different areas in the muscle.
I was 16 when Pac supposedly passed, his music spoke volume and substance, his messages to the world is priceless, such a song that Brenda Got a Baby,me against the world, white man's world, Crazy, Life Goes On, many more. I listen to Tupac everyday.🎧🎶🔥
Pure poetry, all who jammed Pac back in tha 90's, including me, we're lucky to hear/see a legend in the making. 100yrs. from now they'll be talkn bout our Era when it comes to the birth of hip hop. #2Pac #GOAT
The last verse is my fav verse by Pac. It’s just so real and shit he even ends it with talking about how the whole world will remember him. That verse and Em’s last verse in Sing for the moment hit me hard!!
To think this was written 20+ years ago and put out in 01 and still is as fresh and relevant today as it was then. That's how legends become legends, where their art is still or even greater in the future then when it was made. Timeless and original. All before the tender age of 25.
I don't debate or argue with some people that say Tupac is boring or he's an average rapper. These people are the type that don't really pay attention of what they are hearing. No other rapper can do a dear mama song to a hit 'em up. He's range of topics is second to none and the composition of his verses are best. We can argue about best flow and best punch liner then that's when Biggie and big L comes in to the picture. But over all Pac is da niggä.
@@wonder777warrior6 A phenomenal rapper who unfortunately was killed in '99. He was insanely good with punchlines and overall easily one of the greatest rappers dead or alive.
Your exactly Right! No one has music like this anymore. I wish that some of the rappers today had you taste in music bro. I grew up in the 90's and I wish you could have had the chance to see all this first hand. It was an amazing decade for music and everything today is garbage compared to it.
No one made rap music like him he was years ahead of his time ....think about he was only 25 when he passed...thats pretty young but he had an old soul... the goat in my eyes
love how this young brotha gets what poc was layin down... that man was greatest thing that ever happened to a Mic hands down there will never be another Poc
Javier serna slim me and my freinds used to listen to that when we was likev13 and our man got killed smh that joint tough we would turn out the lights and light our lighters in my mans garage high as shit and zone out
Your soo right my brother. Who invokes the emotion of Pac these days? I often listen to these reaction vids with Pac and my eyes well up wit tears. Both bcuz I can feel his pain and the fact he had so much more to say. Pac went to the Baltimore school of performing art so he understood drama and learned how to transfer that on to an audience. And it blended perfectly with his own experiences. Pac could paint such a vivid picture with his words that you could almost live it yourself. So many people don't get Pac's connection with his audience. It's spiritual. It's not about skillz or flo or mastering bars, although Pac could hold his own with anybody lyrically. So many souls connected with Pac's SOUL through what he was saying and the words he used to invite you into his mind. It was raw, at times contradicting and brutal, and completely unfiltered.A true reflection of his audience. I'm older now and I don't dig the "war" songs as much as I did when I was young (except when I'm working out then I listen to tha hard shit) bcuz I feel they may have contributed to or helped to create an atmosphere that cut his life short but the introspective ones still blow my mind till this day and ALL his shit is even MORE relevant today. Police brutality, "War on the streets and a war in the middle east".. Pac didn't get a chance to grow and mature fully and I'm sure if he would have ,his work would have reflected his growth and we missed out on soo many gems. Damn...that's the way it is
Keep doin what you do. It's good to see younger folks appreciate hip hop pioneers. Hip hop is about lyrics, individuality, authenticity, and story telling all rolled up into a rhythmic arrangement of sound. Check out the Thug Life Album...Bury me a G, Cradle to the grave, Pour out a little liquor. War Stories, Outlaw, Black Jesus, Still I rise, Ain't hard to find, picture me Rollin, Violent, when my homies call, Pappaz song, representing 93, Soulja's Story, If I die 2nite, Trapped. For starters
Tupac was just himself he rapped exactly how he felt and thought and lived it to he wasn't like most who just portrayed that image to sell music that's why I respect him so much and enjoy his music it's so authentic
No one makes me feel the way i feel when i listen to tupac. its been since year 2000 that i have been a tupac fan n yet the music never gets old. it motivates and soothe my soul more than the bible does
Yesss! This is one of my favorite songs! Can you please react to Changes by 2pac also Jhope (from BTS) new mixtape Hope World, every song on it 🔥 or do Krizz Kaliko ft. RM (from BTS) “Rush” anyone of these will be amazing!
Tupac laid it all bare for the world to see. he wrote about his sadness, pains as well as his triumphs...rappers today think being emotionless is what makes them hard but it takes real balls to lay it all on the line like Pac did
Pac has been an obsession for me since I was little and he first hit it big! I remember being super excited when he made new videos. Man, when he died, my whole world fell apart! I mean to the extent my parents had to keep me out of school! I can’t front, I thought I was going to marry him when I little (every little girl has that one celeb when they’re young lol. Most went for those boy bands guys.. for me, it was Pac.) There is NO artist today that hits you mentally, emotionally and spiritually like Pac! Those artists like him, Bone Thugs, Big, Nas, Em, and the small handful, come few in a lifetime! And sadly, todays music is nothing but internet trash honestly. Huge difference between being lyrically blessed, a poet, a thinker who creates masterpieces for the minds and ears of people and being a mumbling, nonsensical, pointless “music maker” (quotes because they don’t qualify, only the beats do, sometimes.)
Ayy! Low key I got excited when I seen u reacted to this, this song is fire and I want to see how you felt about it! Again great reaction bro, I think I'm finally caught up with you now! I've seen all ur vids and can't wait for you to drop some more! Hit em with a fatality!
you know that this song has a video..man it was on every music channel back in 2000... first tupac song i ever hear and sang a long even i had no idea what hip-hop or tupac is..
