Flair !!!! take the breast make then into cubes / nugs roll in brown sugar then wrap in a half of bacon 🥓 strip and roll in brown sugar again tooth pic then so they stay together smoker or over 400 deg for 18-20 till bacons cooked to your liking

Alfredo with pheasant and bacon! Fry bacon and chop up then cube pheasant and season in some dux all meat then cook in the bacon grease. Then cook what ever noodles you want I usually use fettuccine and what ever Alfredo you want mix and enjoy I love it

I went pheasant hunting once and absolutely fell in love. I just roasted mine with butter seasoning rosemary etc and stuffed them with lump crabmeat from crabs that we caught the day before. Fucking delicious!!!!!!

Sup, I love wild pheasant, so different from the pheasant we stock at club, raised like chickens, same feed and all lol, if have the money lol but a plucking machine like we had at club, then can roast in bag or spatchcock and grill with BBQ sauce👊, would suggest a plucking machine, tyvm tc

It would be awesome if you guys tied in some type of relevant charity fundraising into these challenges. With a challenge like this, the donation could be for something like a local upland game habitat program or a local wildlife conservation program. The winning team chooses a charity of their choice to make a donation too, or work together to make an accumulative donation per bird. (i.e. $100 donated per bird, 6 birds hunted total = $600 donation at the end of the video)

I grew up on a farm overrun with pheasant. It's by far my favorite game bird. A roasted pheasant full bird is my favorite you don't need to spice them up they are delicious Side note: I did not shoot them we caught them in traps

Hack for cleaning pheasants, lay them on the ground breast up. Then step on the wings and get your feet as tight to the pheasant as you can, then pull the legs. All you should end up with is the wings and the breast
