I have one of these, a conductor, or magician i believe? Before an episode of Pingu, during Mixy! (I'm not sure of the year, but, i feel like it was 1998?) Btw, I'm assuming there's Mixy on this tape, too? And, wat shows?
@jeddflanders9394 yes. There were 3 variants. One was ice skating, then another was rubbing crabs into the sand then lastly, a similar one but the crabs bite him on the bottom.
There was also one where he's at a dance or a disco I believe. The Ice Skating one is on my channel somewhere. I do have the crabs in the sand one somewhere too. I hope I can eventually find it.
