That must’ve been one big road to require two milling machines. When The city paved my streetin 2016 it was the first time I saw one. Since I was home by myself I was not able to shoot a good video of it because I got the camera angle wrong but it was a Wortgen just like that one.
There were total three milling machines running because of the short time they had to remove the asphalt. Only one weekend from friday night to the early monday morning for removing, paving and paint the road markings on that interstate.

Une caméra faciliterait ce travail. Cependant, ces remorques à benne basculante sont rarement utilisées avec une raboteuse à froid. C'est pourquoi les propriétaires n'achètent pas de caméras pour cela.
My driveway is really short so I could sit in my driveway and the worker would actually be able to see me watching as he cut that section. And he actually waved at me so that was kind of cool. They cut the street down all the way to the P gravel because the angles were not correct when they originally built the road in 1990.
Course they are going to have to pave both streets again in a couple of years because the plows from all the snowfall that we’ve gotten messed them up again.
Well we had some serious drainage issues because of it. When they did the sewers to raise them they also had to dig out the culvert pipe and replace that. But they said they’re going to have to grind down the streets all the way to the dirt next time because they want to fix those angles.
Very nice video. I live in USA. Back in 2007 I had my own truck and I was working for a paving company, they pay us $65/h if you have your own truck. I wonder how much this trucks make per hour to do same job in Germany?
