I actually enjoyed the fact that throughout the episode both of them gradually handle the situation maturely. Simone obviously feels some type of way but despite that she ended this whole thing with respect and growth. Love both Simone and Layla
If nothing happen den she didnt cheat and she admitted to jordan that they had chemistry but nothing happen between them even after that. And jordan asked her multiple times after the breakup if her and damon was dating when just like its none of simone business who hes dating its none of his either who shes dating.
Why was Simone mad for? At least Layla was honest with her and also it was Simone who broke up with Jordan in the first place. Not to mention, Damon was basically a side piece.
I mean they was married at one point so she can be jealous but if she cant be jealous jordan has no right to be jealous who simone dates because that fight with Jordan and Damon was a big stretch when hes suppose to be dating layla.

I understand where Simone is coming from Layla was all 'work it out I'm rooting for the 2 of you" then she comes back like "i dont know what happened. I never expected to fall for him"..... If you watched All american at all and saw that is exactly what she did when she knew Olivia had feelings for Spencer then she was mad when Olivia ended up with Asher(even though liv slept with asher when he was in a relationship with layla and didnt tell her while she was an addict its not really an excuse- but at least its an explanation thats better than oh i just dont know how it happened). Layla has always only cared about Layla. She is my least favorite character i swear. she is messy even now going to Simone "as a woman" without telling Jordan and showing up blindsiding Simone. Layla did all that for Layla to try and clear her own conscience instead of thinking what would be best for them.
She wasnt mad about Asher. In s2 she already knew that Asher and Liv were going to be a thing. Layla was definitely mad about Spencer though. In s1 Layla was wrong for how she handled the situation but Liv also never told Spencer how she felt. Its not 100 percent Laylas fault. Spencer was flirting with Layla knowing she had a bf( who already slept with Olivia on drugs and didnt even tell Layla about it). Everyone got their karma in my opinion.
Nobody is perfect, literally everyone who has cheated has also been cheated on. Doesn’t make cheating okay, but it means that everyone is kinda on the same field. Yes it is understandable that Simone was upset by the situation, however Layla couldn’t help her feelings and Jordan and her had known each other long before Simone was in the picture. I love Simone for the most part but she is one of the biggest hypocrites in the show imo. Simone literally lied to Jordan about him being the father the second she came onto the show.
I would go there with y’all cause I don’t play about Layla but am on season 6 well just finish season 6 and my ship my endgame JORDAYLA is happy married n finna have kids on season 7 so take that ❤❤❤🥰🥰🥰
