This is the PERFECT WALKING WORKOUT! I can keep to as you did on days I’m not feeling high intensity, or I can bump up the intensity like I did today! Also 30 mins is just what I’m after. Thank you!

Wonderful work out with good music...but was still a bit much for me as an absolute beginner , got confused with the steps at times..so I walked through some parts. Keep up the good work...
