There should be a Top to Bottom investigation on the number of Visas being issued out like ‘Confetti’ …. Also. How many Stay in their job that got them their visas… . And how many melt into growing communities or overstay ! These things are important to all of us. Including Black people of settled immigration status, They lose out too… Just my opinion,

Why are you people complaining we British was scam ,false certificate/identity abuse of elderly and more why would a Dr. leave Nigeria to come to work as a carer ,eighteen thousands Pounds and you come to work for 10 pounds an hour l would go t0 university in India 🇮🇳 it is more than time is not only UK, Canada is deporting .

99% of them cant speak a sentence of english, nor they have been to school. How they ended here to do a job which required communication with vulnerable elederly people?? Why they cant go back if they can afford 20k to pay agents, they must be wealthy? What they will do at here?

The uk Government are doing new courses now called apprenticeships which you don’t need a degree 📜 many people in Nigeria 🇳🇬 and India have been scammed people have to do there research properly this is so sad. The new apprenticeships the government are using in uk are for pharmacy jobs nurses lawyers and many others you don’t have to pay back and you get £24 000 per year while you learn .? One downfall you cannot work outside the uk with this qualification . Make sure you do your home work many scammers out their

Switching. U can't switch to a company with a revoked licence. If they are revoked it means they have no Cos any more

@@cynthiaacademy you must mentioned many of these company’s were not upholding the Law so in a sense it’s up to the individual who paid out the money to check and there are ways of doing it ? A big lesson here God can bless you where ever you are not just the uk and my pastor use to teach us have 6 months salary saved before imagine in London it’s £1000 for a room to rent

The private hospital in uk applied for 5 cos for us but home office approved only 2 leaving 3 to our faith, pls any hope for us the remaining 4

No one on the internet can give you an answer. I will suggest that you should be patient. At least the other three CoS applications were not refused or rejected. Your employers should ask to know why the applications are not approved. All the best!

It is not easy in UK to get sponsorship in finance jobs, specifically banking. I have obtained degree in finance from UK so i can secure job but despite of working in Corporate Banking and investment banking for 8 years with large financial institutions and additional masters in banking and finance from UK , consultants and HRs just say they don’t sponsor. They like my experience and i get many calls but only when i mention about visa sponsorship, they reject straightforward. So what is the point if keep begging here sponsorship and what is their insecurity, i don’t understand

I agree that it is not easy to get a visa sponsorship job in the UK. The job market is crazy right now. This means that you need to equip yourself with better job hunting tools and tips. You can’t achieve the same result with the same tools you used last year. Trust me, if you spend one hour to send 70 applications a day, you will land a visa sponsorship job in less than 60 days. There is a long list of companies in Finance that have the license to sponsor. I can show you how to achieve this, if you are interested. All the best!

If you get visa you don't continue to work because initially you were deceived to come as a Caregiver. These employment agency/recruitment services need to be closed down immediately. It seems that they are falsely recruiting ppl from overseas without having permanent job to access. Definitely, you will end up going back to your homeland. There's already high inflation, and unemployment rate as it's to the citizens. How do you expect coming from abroad to find a job to work.

@@limbaro You both can get a care worker or senior care Health and Care visa or choose other occupational codes that allow dependents to come into the UK. Healthcare Assistant under the NHS can bring dependents. Watch this videos.
