Thank you for putting out the video I was going to buy one of these but since you mentioned all that stuff I don't believe it's worth it for the money that you have to pay for the goddamn thing!!!!! FXXX losi
Just started going through my bike, after I got all the parts for the reefs servo and Sullivan cable a and steering servo the treal servo saver. I'm not going to sugarcoat any of this shit either, I'm going to race it and beat the shit out of it and we'll do an actual racer review. Thank you Roboeye for all the tips and tricks
6:00 you said they last long and don’t last long in the same sentence. Did you mean to say that? Good review. Im doing. A bunch of gold parts to customize mine as well. Only things new sub!!
This guy he’s a jack of all trades and a master of none he know everything he a professional at everything notice the smacking of the lips this guy is a joke
A thousand dollar bike and it will be perfect. You can’t have everything in a RTR at a low price. Remember this is an expensive hobby it costs to play with the big boys
When I do upgrade my brake servo, I'm going to look into using the Reefs 179 Micro with the full size 25t spline output shaft. It will provide 135 oz.in of torque @6v. 159 oz.in @7.4v. You'll problably want to buy the Reefs servo Programmer so set it up first as a servo and not a winch which is is capable of being. but you can also make other adjustments to the servo to dial it in as a brake servo. Would have to use the brake cable capture setup you described in your brake video as it has a 25t output spline, but i'm not sure atm if it is a standard size shaft or a micro size output shaft. but it is 25t.
You want to go with a 25 tooth spline and both servos that you were talking about are perfect for the application but there is better if you look into micro servers for rock crawling you will find them around 135 to 150 oz of torque which is plenty
This guy has to be the most hated obnoxious dude in the office he works at. You do realize the front rotor is supposed to do that right? It’s a floating rotor design.
If you are running wreaths servos use the reefs Servo arm but you will need a aircraft easy connector you may be able to get that at motion RC cam or Great Plains Laura Sullivan these are aircraft easy connectors as I explained in my video as far as when you need to change your braking Servo I strongly suggest you do it immediately before the stock One Burns out or you can run the stock one and switch over to the servos I suggest in my videos the servos in my videos are just as good as reefs and you pay less money
thanks on the info on the bike.i just got mine after runing my buddys.i noticed a few things needed to be done.you coverd a few on this video wich makes me want to do the same thing.iam the same been doing rc for about 40 years now and the repair guy at my local hobby store i see alot of recks out there or over kill and not doing the math for the out come of the biuld.keep up the good work.
