Bro, it is not about better. Both are great 🙏 It is all about the teaching style and how you understand any point explained by the teacher 👩‍🏫‍ Through this you can easily understand the derivations and the questions according to boards. But for JEE/NEET you have to solve more and more no. Of question. So it takes a lot of time to complete the chapter, because there will be a variety of questions.
