In the Catholic church (parish) where I am Music Director and organist there is a large Filipino population - The leader of song and several of my choir members are Filipino. Glad to see the Choir there in great form as usual and to see that beautiful country up close even for a short time. Lloyd Newell gave a beautiful and heartfelt message. Wish him good fortune in his mission.

The world famous Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square now caps their marvellous concert tour here in the Philippines with this: the longest running radio and television music series in world history, Music and the Spoken Word, this time featuring the Philippines and the Filipino peoples. I wish I could hug each Choir member, Orchestra member, and brother Wilberg and brother Murphy, and their staffs and assistants, because of these precious works and labours of love in our Lord Jesus Christ. The Philippines and the Filipino peoples, and the Filipino Saints, are eternally grateful for the blessings that the Choir and Orchestra have brought to these Asian shores. A marvellous work and a wonder! 💖💖💖
